Adrick Brock grew up on Toronto Island.
His short stories have appeared in The New Quarterly, EVENT, The Malahat Review, PRISM international, Riddle Fence and The Dalhousie Review, and have been short- and long-listed for the CBC Short Story Prize. He holds an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of British Columbia and lives in Vancouver, BC.
Islanders is his first novel.
